About EdenPark
EdenPark Inc. is a fast-growing automobile finance brand dedicated to helping dealer partners sell more vehicles. Since 2012, we’ve supported thousands of dealers and tens of thousands of customers nationwide.
We’re now looking for an Income Verifier to join our team, reporting to Diane El-Sanioura.
The Role
As an Income Verifier, you’ll be the detail-oriented professional ensuring accuracy in every application. Your responsibilities will include:
- Income verification: Reviewing applicant income and employment documents for accuracy and legitimacy.
- Workflow management: Handling a high-volume workload while meeting service standards and turnaround times.
- Dealer communication: Following up with dealerships to resolve pending or missing items via phone, fax, or email.
- Customer records: Updating accounts, documenting interactions, and filing records.
- Employer validation: Contacting employers to corroborate applicant information in a professional manner.
- Stakeholder service: Delivering prompt, efficient, and customer-focused support.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication — clear, professional, and confident both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail — accuracy under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Analytical ability — strong arithmetic and investigative skills.
- Tech-savviness — proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and advanced internet research.
- Industry experience — background in lending, automotive, or financial services preferred.
- Education — post-secondary education required.
Working Conditions
- Flexible availability with rotating schedules.
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday, plus alternating Saturdays.
- Monthly schedules provided in advance.

Pay & Process
- Hourly range: $23.07 – $25.64.
- Permanent, full-time role.
- Background, credit, and work experience checks required.
