Interview Announcement – Kaliua District Council
The Chief Executive Officer of Kaliua District Council wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for Driving jobs and Record Assistant jobs at Kaliua District Council via Ajira Portal to attend the interviews that will be conducted from 23 June 2026 to 26 June 2026. After the interview, successful candidates will later be assigned to their respective workstations.

- All candidates must arrive wearing a protective mask and wash their hands with running water and soap or sanitize their hands if necessary.
- All candidates must bring a valid form of identification. Accepted IDs include:
- Resident ID
- Voter’s ID
- Work ID
- Citizenship ID
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- Or an official introduction letter from your local government authority.
Required Documents
- Present original certificates: Birth Certificate, Form IV & VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and higher qualifications depending on the role.
- Testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, and slips for Form IV & VI will not be accepted.
- For professions requiring registration with a professional board, bring your registration certificate and valid practicing license.
Special Notes for International Graduates
- Certificates obtained outside Tanzania must be verified and approved by relevant authorities (TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
- Applicants whose positions require GPA must provide an official GPA equivalency certificate from TCU.
Additional Instructions
- Candidates will cover their own food, transport, and accommodation.
- Dress smartly and appropriately according to the official dress code.
- Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to check reasons for non‑selection.
- All invited candidates must log into their accounts to copy their interview number.
- Those attending online screening interviews must remember their email address and password used in the Ajira Portal.
- If your names differ across documents, provide a registered Deed Poll from the Ministry of Lands.
