Summary of Job:

By opening accounts for new clients and creating, overseeing, and keeping a lucrative portfolio for both savings and credit clients, sales officers concentrate on expanding their clientele and fostering connections.

Job Duties:

Duties and responsibilities of Sales Officer at FINCA Microfinance include the following:

• To organise a sales campaign and educating both current and prospective customers about FINCA’s offerings.
• To open accounts at the branch or in the field for both loan clients and savings.
• To partner with Branch manager to establish daily, weekly and monthly action plans regarding development of clients base, to increase number of loan disbursements, opening savings account, building and to manage profitable relationship that focus on individual performance targets.
• To promote all of FINCA’s goods and services to prospective customers using marketing strategies and methods that the company’s management has authorized.
• You are an In charge of managing relationships, sending high-quality loan applications to the credit department, comprehending the needs of customers, and suggesting potential solutions to address their problems.
• To establish and promote agencies and other alternative delivery channels that offer FINCA clients dependable and high-quality services will guarantee that clients have access to banking.
• As directed by the branch manager, prepare and deliver performance and sales reports.
• Make sure that all client records are properly maintained.
• To perform other duties given by your supervisor

Basic Requirements:

An applicant who want to apply for Sales Officer jobs at FINCA must possess the following;

• A degree or diploma in any relevant discipline, including business, social studies, community development, finance, or economics from a recognized institution.
• It is quite desirable to work in a sales position with clients, in education, or in agriculture.
• Writing, reading comprehension, attention to detail, and basic math and analytical skills are all necessary.
• Have a strong focus on the client.
• An further benefit is having prior microloan experience.
